  1. Heat oven to 180 C.
  2. Spray/butter/oil a loaf tin.
  3. Mix all ingedients in a large bowl.
  4. Pour mixture into loaf tin.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer or toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
  7. Turn out onto a wire rack and continue to cool.
  8. Serve slices with or withour your choice of topping…butter, jam, etc. A cup of tea would be nice!
