- Heat oven to 180 C.
- Spray/butter/oil a loaf tin.
- Mix all ingedients in a large bowl.
- Pour mixture into loaf tin.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer or toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
- Turn out onto a wire rack and continue to cool.
- Serve slices with or withour your choice of topping…butter, jam, etc. A cup of tea would be nice!
