- First take chilled Thick cream.
- Take a cup add gelatin powder and milk in it now place this cup on boiling hot water pan.mix it untill gelatin powder dissolve.
- Now take a blender jug add chilled Thick cream in it.
- Now add Condensed milk and 2 mango cut in cubes.add in blender.
- Now add dissolved gelatin powder in blender and blend it well.
- Take vanilla spounch cake cut in pieces and make a layer of cake.
- Now add mango chunks layer on it.
- Add blended cream and mango and gelatin mixture on it.
- Last add mango chunks on it.
- Keep in fridge for 5-6 hours.
- Must serve chilled and enjoy…yummy creamy mango Delight…
