- Now remove vain of patra leaves and apply batter on it. Roll it properly.
- Take a steamer and put patra on it.cook it for 15 minutes. Now cool down it completely. Cut them.
- Now take a pan add oil, mustard seeds,cumin seeds, Asofetida in it. Add patra in it. Mix it well. Now add garam masala, lemon juice, coconut powder in it.mix it well.
- Serve with tomato sauce.yummy and delicious patra is ready to serve.
