  1. Mix all the ingredients in crepe and prepare a thin batter. On a non-stick pan, brush some coconut oil and spread 1/4 cup of the ready batter to form a thin crepe, flip in 30 secs. Cook on low flame.
  2. Mix both the ingredients and cook in medium flame until soft and mushy.
  3. Place 3 tbps of the coconut stuffing in the centre of crepe and roll like a spring roll. Coconut crepe is ready.
