  2. Get 1/2 cup jaggery
  3. Take 1/2 Ghee
  4. Take 1/4 cup Edible Gum

Instructions to make Sukhadi - Gol Papdi:
  1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add Ghee. Add flour in that.
  2. Roast it on low flame. Once if it is half roasted add edible gum. After that roasted well on low flame. Once it is ready it will be looking like 2nd pic. I roasted gum instead of frying.
  3. Take a another pan, add jaggery. Cook it well till it gets bubbly.
  4. Grease the thali according to your ingredients. Meanwhile add roasted wheat flour in jaggery syrup. Mix it well and spread it on the plate.
  5. Take a another flat surface type of katori. Don't go for complete smooth surface as we have added gum in that.
  6. When it is lukewarm, cut it into square pieces. Please ignore the sides as everyone is getting impatient so it was gone.😊😊. Enjoy..
