  2. Get 1.25 cup ghee
  3. Get 1/4 cup edible gums

  7. Take 1/2 cup desicated coconut
  8. Take 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions to make Pinni:
  1. Melt ghee add edible gum & roast on the low- medium flame for 3 minutes until they expand and colour changes.
  2. Add almonds,roast them on medium flame until they expand and colour changes. Roast cashew until light brown.
  3. Roast desicated coconut for 1 minute. Add more ghee in pan take wheat flour and roast the flour on the medium flame while continuously stirring it until golden brown for 15 minutes. Switch off the flame.
  4. Coarsely grind roasted Edible gum,roasted cashew and almonds. Mix all ingredients well and then add desicated coconut and grated jaggery in the mixture and mix it well.
  5. Lift some mixture and bind it into the round shaped ball. And its ready.
