Steps to make Chocolate Beauty:
- Melt all the 3 chocolate compound by double bath process.Add green colour in pista melted chocolate mix well.
- Fill melted chocolate in 3 different piping bag.
- Now first fill center portion with dark chocolate and keep in the freezer for 5 mins. When set remove from the fridge and fill with orange chocolate in flower mould tap to remove air bubbles and again freeze it for 5-10 mins. Remove from the fridge and unmold the flower Chocolates.
- Similarly fill the leaves mould with pista chocolate tap well freeze for 5-10 mins. Unmould the Chocolates.
- Make stems with dark chocolate and stick flower Chocolates and leaves in a plate and make silver dots on center portion of the flowers and serve Beautiful flower Chocolates.
