- Pour 3 tbsp ghee in a same pan add wheat flour,stir it if required add more ghee,roast the flour well on low flame till it is golden brown,keep flour in same bowl as roasted fenugreek powder.pour ghee add gram flour roast on low flame,till it is golden brown,take out in bowl,
- Pour ghee 2 tbsp add urad flour on low flame till it is golden brown,keep in bowl.pour ghee 1 tbsp roast almonds,put in jar grind it in powder form,roast halim seeds & flax seeds.mix in roasted flour.
- Fry edible gum on low flame,roast grated coconut,edible roasted gum press with rolling pin make powder,
- Add 2 tbsp ghee in a Heat pan add jaggery keep stirring till it melts.Turn off the flame.Now mix all ingredients jaggery,flour,ginger powder etc….mix properly.Bind it when slightly warm,grease your hands with ghee pick the mix bind it & give it a round shape.
- Decorate it with roasted poppyseeds,& sesame seeds.Now methi laddu is ready for serve.These are very yummy & tasty.Daily eat 1 laddu in morning for our good health.ЁЯШЛIn winter.
