  2. In same pan add little more ghee. Keep the flame low. Add whole wheat atta, and mix it well. Continuously stir it. After some time, nice aroma comes, and atta color slightly changes. Switch off the flame. Once the gond is cooked, slightly crush it with masher. So its little powdered.
  3. To the atta, add mashed gond and fried cashew and badam. Mix everything well. In this stage you can add ghee. If you feel its very dry. After 1 min add grated jaggery. Continuously mix well, till jaggery gets properly melted with atta. To check the consistency, take little mixture and see you are able to give ladoo shape. If not add ghee. The mixture should be moisturized. Give rest for 1 min. So that little heat is reduced. And you can hold the mixture in hand.
  4. Grease your hand with ghee. Now take little mixture In hand. Give ladoo shape by pressing between the finger and palm. Likewise make all ladoos with the mixture. Even you can add little milk. To bind the mixture. Milk should be room temperature.
  5. Gond/ edible gum Gundar ke ladoo is ready to serve.
