  7. Make ready 1 tbsp edible gum

Laddus are often made of gram flour but can also be made with semolina. Sometimes ingredients such as chopped nuts and/or dried raisins are also added. Instructions to make Ladoo:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in Kadai.
  2. Roast all the nuts edible gum individually.
  3. Take out n keep aside.
  4. Now heat ghee in same kadai.
  5. Roast wheat flour till golden brown.
  6. Take out in large vessel.
  7. Now mix all the roasted nuts n gum in flour. Mix well.
  8. Add cardamom n some poppy seeds. Mix well.
  9. Now in same kadai melt jaggery till it becomes foamy.
  10. Now pour melted jaggery in flour mixture.
  11. Very carefully mix everything together.
  12. When little cool take little portion n bind ladoos in lemon size balls n roll over poppy seeds.
  13. Accordingly make n store in airtight container.
  14. Use as whenever crave for sweet dish.
