- Then, add almonds, cashews. walnuts, seeds, coconut, turmeric powder, carom seeds, and ginger powder to it. Mix well and fry them for a minute on low flame.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit. Then, add crushed gond and shakkar to it. Mix well and give ladoo shape with hands.
- Store the bajra ladoo in air tight container and enjoy eating for up to 2-3 weeks.
