- Get 350 gms - jaggery
- Make ready 200 gms - wheat flour

It is a healthy and tasty winter special ladoo recipe prepared from Gond, dry fruits, coconut, jaggery. It is rich in calories, nutrients, and provide the necessary heat and warmth during winter.
Steps to make Gond ke ladoo:
- Take a kadhai add ghee in it after that add edible gum(gond)in it and fry it on low flame.
- Then in same kadhai add cashew,almond and fry it till it get golden brown colour.
- After dry fruit add lotus seed(makhana) and fry it.
- In the same kadhai add grated coconut and fry it till it get light brown color.
- Now take all roasted dry fruits and grind it for just 2 sec.
- Now in roasted coconut add grinded dry fruits and mix then well.
- Now take other kadhai add ghee in it then add wheat flour in it and roast the flour on low flame and keep it mixing.
- When wheat flour turn golden brown turn off flame then add jaggery and all the dry fruits mixture in it and mix it well.
- Then make small ball of the mixture.
- Your ladoo is ready to eat.
