- Take a iron pan heat it wth ghee. Fry the edible gum. Keep it aside. Now roast the flour in that ghee only.
- Roast till it bcm light brown on low flame.Add katlu n fenugreek powder.
- Now add jaggery n dryfruits. Stir continuously till jaggery melts. Switch off gas stir continously till jaggery melts.
- Take out this mixture in a plate. Put half coconut in it. Give a ball shape and roll it on coconut.
- It's ready to eat.(If it is eaten in morning at empty stomach it is beneficial). You can also ate this anytime.
Black Til & Black Khajoor Dates Ladoo - Black Sesame & Dates Ladoo Katlu Pak is a famous recipe in Gujarat during winters. It is Traditional Gujarati Food Recipe. Heat the ghee for deep-frying in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry the gaund till the pieces puffs up. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside. Katlu is a mixture of a lot of different spices, mixed together.
