  1. Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Get 1 cup Jaggery

  6. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped Almonds
  7. Take 2 tbsp edible gum (Gundar)

Gul Papdi Recipe: Gul papdi is a gul or jaggery based sweet dish which is traditionally enjoyed in all parts of India. The roasted wheat flour is cooked with jaggery or gur along with ghee and then shaped into flat diamond pieces. When I was a kid, this was one of the many recipes which my mom used to make for us and we absolutely. Sukhadi is a healthy and easy sweet.

Steps to make Sukhidi:
  1. Have all the ingredients ready. The recipes will be finished in a few minutes
  2. Add ghee to a heavy bofrom vessel, add the wheat flour and fry until golden brown.
  3. Once the flour has turned golden, add edible Gug and stir until fried
  4. Add chopped nuts, dried coconut, dry ginger powder and mix well. Remove from the stove and add the jaggery and mix well.
  5. Turn it to a tray and cut it into pieces. Serve warm for better taste.
  6. Note: Cook on medium heat. Add jaggery only after removing from stove.
