- Heat 1/4cup of ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. - Add the edible gum and fry it until the gum pops out.Remove it to a plate and allow it to cool.Grind it to a fine powder in mixer grinder
- In same pan add ghee if required add thick wheat flour and roast until aromatic
- Heat the ghee and add the jaggery. and heat the mixture on low flame until jaggery melts.Bring it to boil.
- Now add all the mixture and also dryfruits,saunth, piprimul (ganthola) and mix well using ladle
- Allow the mixture to become warm.Take small portions of the mixture and shape it into a round laddu. Finish off with the remaining mixture.store the ladoo in an airtight container
