- Make ready 250 gm grated Jaggery
- Take 200 gm millet flour
- Make ready 10 chopped cashews
- Prepare 10 chopped almonds
- Make ready 1 tbsp chironji
- Get 1 tbsp watermelon seeds
- Make ready 1/4 cup grated coconut
- Prepare 2 tbsp Edible gum (gond)
- Take 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Take 125 gm desi ghee

Instructions to make Jaggery Millet Ladoo:
- On low flame heat a wok/pan. Add watermelon seeds, dry roast on simmer stir continuously for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Same process apply to chironji and coconut separately. Then transfer into plate.
- On medium flame add 1 tbsp desi ghee in same wok. Roast cashews few seconds until turn into light golden. Transfer into plate. Same process apply to almonds.
- Now same wok add 1 tbsp desi ghee. Heat on medium flame. Add gond on simmer & deep fry until pop up and turns light golden. Transfer into plate.
- Take same wok add millet flour & desi ghee gradually, stir continuously. Roast until ghee starts leaving the wok and it gets aromatic. Turn off the flame.
- Now roasted millet flour transfer into big mixing bowl.
- On simmer heat a wok add crushed Jaggery. Stir continuously let it melted completely. Turn off the flame.
- Now all roasted dry fruits, coconut gond & cardamom powder combine one by one. Mix well.
- Now add melted Jaggery. By hands mix everything well. Jaggery Millet Ladoo dough is ready to make Ladoo.
- Put a small portion on palm and make shape of Ladoo. Apply same process to make Ladoo.
- Let the Ladoos cool down completely. Ready to serve or store in a container for few days. Enjoy!!
