  1. Prepare 250 g wheat flour
  2. Prepare 50 ml water

  4. Make ready 1 pinch baking powder

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Take 1/4 chat masala
  8. Prepare 100 ml edible oil

  10. Prepare 2 bowl vegetable cooked

Using a knife, cut into two halves. Take one half, apply water on all the sides. Now bring the two ends together and pinch them from inside to form a cone. Traditionally, samosa covering is made using maida i.e refined flour but, to make them a little healthier we will make use of gehun ka atta.

Instructions to make Whole wheat samosa:
  1. We make dough first. So we take a big bowl pour wheat flour, salt, ajwan, pure ghee and baking powder now we make a dough bit harder then normal.
  2. Then rest it for 30mins.
  3. Now take small piece from dough as much as we take for Paratha and roll it in circular shape. Thicknesses must be not more then 0.5cm
  4. Now cut it from mid into two equal parts.
  5. Now fold it like cone. Press the edge.
  6. Now, As we are making this with leftover aloo jeera vegetable so let it bit normal with the help of flame. Now fill the mixture of vegetable inside the cone.
  7. Now just join the bottom. But make sure bottom isn't less then 1cm.
  8. Now heat a pan and add edible oil let the flame on till it hot as sun now medium the flame and start fry it.
  9. Now you can use it tissue paper after colour of samosa is turing bit brownish.
  10. Pour chat masala with the help of salt spray or fingers.
  11. Now you can serve it with imli chutney and hot tea.

Now bring the two ends together and pinch them from inside to form a cone. Traditionally, samosa covering is made using maida i.e refined flour but, to make them a little healthier we will make use of gehun ka atta. Sieve the flour and salt together. Oil can be swapped with ghee or dalda. This is known as "moyen or moyan" in Hindi which helps in giving a flakey.
