  2. Get 150 gm ghee

  7. Get 100 gm almond n cashew nuts
  8. Make ready 100 gm descinated coconut

It is Traditional Gujarati Food Recipe. In a coffee grinder, grind viriiyari, coconut, dill seeds, ajwan. In a frying pan heat the oil. The goond will pop up and it will be transparent.

Steps to make Katla Ladoo:
  1. Take a iron pan heat it wth ghee. Fry the edible gum. Keep it aside. Now roast the flour in that ghee only.
  2. Roast till it bcm light brown on low flame.Add katlu n fenugreek powder.
  3. Now add jaggery n dryfruits. Stir continuously till jaggery melts. Switch off gas stir continously till jaggery melts.
  4. Take out this mixture in a plate. Put half coconut in it. Give a ball shape and roll it on coconut.
  5. It's ready to eat.(If it is eaten in morning at empty stomach it is beneficial). You can also ate this anytime.
