- Prepare 1 cup Peanut
- Get 1 cup Cashew nuts
- Get 2 tbsp Edible gum
- Get 2 cups Jaggery (scraped)
- Take 2 tbsp Ghee
- Get 1 tsp Cardamom powder (optional)

- In a pan add 1tbs ghee and fry all the nuts one by one until light brown
- Spread the gum on a plate and keep it in the microwave for 5 mins. (first, 3min then stir and then 2min)
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer and grind as coarse.
- In the same pan add 1tbs ghee and add jaggery. Stir continuously in a medium flame until thick syrup.
- Add the nuts mix and cardamom powder, mix well in low flame. If need add little ghee. (It should come like ball)
- Spread it a greased plate and cut immediately.
- Store it a airtight bottle and keep in room temperature for months
