Instructions to make Pinni:
- Melt ghee add edible gum & roast on the low- medium flame for 3 minutes until they expand and colour changes.
- Add almonds,roast them on medium flame until they expand and colour changes. Roast cashew until light brown.
- Roast desicated coconut for 1 minute. Add more ghee in pan take wheat flour and roast the flour on the medium flame while continuously stirring it until golden brown for 15 minutes. Switch off the flame.
- Coarsely grind roasted Edible gum,roasted cashew and almonds. Mix all ingredients well and then add desicated coconut and grated jaggery in the mixture and mix it well.
- Lift some mixture and bind it into the round shaped ball. And its ready.
