- Grate the jaggery..Now in mixer grind the dryfruits coarsely..add the jaggery and Edible gum and grind it again for few seconds..
- In a plate take out the mixture and add the cooled roasted flour..Add methi powder. roasted sesame seeds and cardamom powder And mix well
- Now add warm ghee if reqd and roll the mixture into laddu
