  5. Make wicks and keep1/3 for. Ghee.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan. Add khoya. Saute 30 seconds. Add sugar. Mix well. Add milk powder. Mix well. After3 minutes add cocoa powder. After2 minutes put off the flame. After 2 minutes. Take small amount and make ball. Give diya shape. Design as you wish. Put a little bit of wick dough as ghee in diya and a wick in every diya.
