  11. Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
  12. Get As Required milk
  13. Prepare 1 cup grated coconut
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Once the ghee is hot and melted, add gond/edible gum in the pan little at a time and fry on low flame until the goond puffs up like popcorn and crisps up. Gond or edible gum is the hardened sap sourced from wild growing acacia plants. It has high nutritional value and is used in various bakery items, Ice Creams, and Ladoos. Instructions to make Gond Ladoo(Edible gum):
  1. Take a wok put 2 tsp clarified butter hot then add raisin saute,add some clarified butter fried foxnuts,add some clarified butter fried edible gum.
  2. Take a another pan put cashews and almonds dry roast.Take a mixer jar put cashews almonds coarsely grind keep a side then grind foxnuts.
  3. Take a wok put semolina dry roast.Then put leftover clarified butter mix and roast semolina change brown color.
  4. Then add all dry fruits,gum,cardamom powder and powder sugar mix and add some milk mix and make a ladoo.
  5. Then store and enjoy gond ladoo.
