Let one side of kuku become golden about 30 minutes. Remove the lid. Cut kuku to 4 equal pieces. Turn the pieces and let them cook for about 15 minutes. Both sides should be golden crispy.
  4. Put kuku pieces on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.

Prepare the potato patties as instructed in the recipe card. Shape the potato patties and place them on the baking sheet. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Cut the potatoes into chunky slices, then quickly cook in the pan over a high heat until golden on the edges. Flake the salmon into large chunks and poke amongst the potatoes with the broccoli.
