- Take 2 big tsp brown sugar
- Prepare 1 liter water

Holding a clean steel cup with tea in one hand, pour tea into a mug in another. Repeat the process a few times until tea is frothy. Try to pull it from as high as possible, allowing it to mix thoroughly and frothy.
Steps to make Tea Tarik (Pulled Tea):
- In a saucepan, bring water to boiled 1 liter water, once the water already boiled let it rest for few minutes
- Place tea dust in a cottontea strainer or tea bagsover one metal mug and add the boiled water.
- Let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes before removing
- In a separate metal mug add Condensed and evaporated milk, brown sugar, dark sugar.
- Carefully pour two mixtures back and forth from the height of the arm's length to create a thick froth
- Once frothy and well mixed pour the teainto two or 3 glasses and serve immediately (serving hot)
Repeat the process a few times until tea is frothy. Try to pull it from as high as possible, allowing it to mix thoroughly and frothy. Serve hot or with a few cubes of ice for Ice Teh Tarik. Teh Tarik (aka "pulled tea" in Malay) is a strong, hot tea mixed with sweet and creamy condensed milk that's repeatedly poured ('pulled') between two cups or mugs until it transforms into rich, frothy tea heaven.
