The ingredients needed to make Granola:
  1. Get 2 cups oatmeal (2 šálky ovsených vločiek)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped almonds (1/2 šálky nasekaných mandlí)
  3. Take 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (1/2 šálky nasekaných lieskových orieškov)
  4. Prepare 3 tbl spoons honey (3 polievkové lyžice medu)
  5. Make ready 4 tbl spoons coconut oil (4 polievkové lyžice kokosového oleja)
  6. Make ready 2 tbl spoons olive oil (2 polievkové lyžice olivového oleja)
  7. Make ready 2 tea spoons cocoa (2 čajové lyžičky kakaa)
  8. Make ready Pinch salt (štipku soli)
  9. Get 1/2 cup dried cranberries (1/2 šálky sušených brusníc)
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup dried black currant (1/2 šálky sušených ríbezlí)
  11. Get 1/2 cup chocolate chips (1/2 šálky kúskov čokolády)

Puree the bananas and dates in a food processor. Add the brown sugar, hot water, vanilla and cinnamon; mix well. Toss the oats, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl. Whisk together the oil and honey in a small bowl.

Instructions to make Granola:
  1. Prepare ingredients. (Pripravíme si ingrediencie.)
  2. Melt the coconut oil and mix ingredients in a big bowl except of fruits and chocolate chips. (Roztopíme kokosový olej a všetko zmiešame vo veľkej miske okrem ovocia a čokoládových kúskov.)
  3. Bake it in the oven at 140 degrees of Celsia. Every 10 minutes put it out and mix it well. (Pečieme pri 140 stupňoch. Každých 10 minút vyberieme a poriadne premiešame.)
  4. After 30 minutes of baking add fruits, mix it well and then add chocolate chips and let it bake for last 10 minutes. (Po 30 minutách pečenia pridáme ovocie a poriadne premiešame, potom pridáme čokoládové kúsky a dáme ešte na posledných 10 minút piecť.)
  5. Let it chill and you can store it for up to 1 month. Enjoy your meal with yogurt, milk or as it is 😋 (Necháme vychladnúť a skladujeme 1 mesiac. Môžete si pochutiť s jogurtom, mliekom alebo len tak 😋)

Toss the oats, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl. Whisk together the oil and honey in a small bowl. Pour the liquids over the oat mixture and stir. First, press the granola into an even layer before you put it in the oven, then stir it only once halfway through cooking. For really good clumps, press down on the finished granola before it cools and avoid jostling it on the pan until cooled completely.
