- Put the condensed milk into the empty pan/cup. Pour the steeped tea. Stir a bit to make sure that the condensed milk is mixed well. Pour back into the other container (pan/cup), or you call it "tarik". Do this 4-5 times.
- Strain the tea if you use loose tea. Pour your powdered agar into the tea and mix inside your pan (hence I suggest a pan without handle). boil the tea again until the agar is dissolved and mixed well. Cool.
- After about an hour or two in room temperature, you can put the agar into your fridge, and wait for 2 hours or more until it sets.
- You can eat them as they are, eat them with condensed milk on top, do a Teh Tarik-ception by putting cubed agar into teh tarik.
